Shipping & Returns
How long will my order take to be arrive?
Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 3 working days. You will receive a confirmation order once your order has been dispatched. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive it.
How will my order be shipped?
We ship all our orders via Royal Mail.
We charge a flat fee of £2.99 and use first class post. Orders over £50 are eligible for free delivery. Please allow up to 3 working days dispatch time and 1-3 days postal time. Please note that occasionally our dispatch time is longer e.g. Christmas and bank holidays.
Express delivery – From £6.55
Next working day delivery is available to UK mainland addresses for orders placed before noon Monday to Thursday. Orders placed by noon Friday will be delivered the following Monday. Orders placed during the weekend or after midday Friday will be delivered the following Tuesday. Please note that this method of delivery requires a signature. For your convenience you can select an alternate delivery address during checkout. Parcels are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or courier. Charges vary based on parcel weight and start at just £6.55.
UK mainland excludes the Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands and Isles of Wight, Scilly and Man.
International Delivery - From £8.30
We are able to deliver most items anywhere in the world.
Delivery to addresses outside mainland UK usually takes 5-15 working days from dispatch (for European addresses).
Please allow up to 20 working days after dispatch for delivery to Australia, Canada and other non-European addresses as parcels can be delayed at customs in the destination country and may take longer to be delivered by the local postal service.
Delivery charges are calculated during checkout and are based on package weight. You will see the applicable shipping prior to confirming your payment details.
Europe and non-mainland UK - from £8.30
Rest of the World - from £8.90
Please note international post may be subject to additional duties and taxes.
My order has not arrived?
If an item has been sent but has not arrived after the customary dispatch period please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. Once the item has been qualified by Royal Mail as lost (usually after 10 working days), a replacement will be sent. Refunds will not be given.
How can I track my order?
Express and International orders are sent via Royal Mail. Your dispatch notification email will include a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the Royal Mail website here
Occasionally we send orders via courier and we can provide tracking information on request in this case. Standard UK orders are sent via first class post and are not tracked.
We hope you are happy with your purchase but if for any reason you wish to refund or exchange your order, please contact us at email@example.com. Our returns policy lasts 14 days, so you will need to notify us within 7 days of receiving your order quoting your order number and reason for return or exchange. We will then send you a returns/exchange form, please post the goods and the form back within 7 days with the garments in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, tags attached and in their original packaging).
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns and re-delivery are at your own expense and we will not be held responsible for goods that do not arrive to us. Therefore, we thoroughly recommend you obtain proof of postage when returning the goods.
